Each initiative requires a minimum number of participants. If this is not reached, the activity may be cancelled.

A safe and structured space for emotional sharing in a group, where the spoken and read word become vehicles for healing. This programme is particularly suitable for those who may feel lonely or need to express contained emotions.

Methodology:

1. Circle Creation: Chairs are arranged in a circle, without tables in the centre, creating an equal and intimate configuration. A symbolic candle is lit in the centre to mark the sacredness of the sharing space.
2. Shared Reading Aloud: The facilitator reads a short, carefully selected text, with strategic pauses to allow the words to resonate within the group.
3. Guided Emotional Processing: After the reading, the facilitator leads the group in active listening and emotional validation. This is not about 'solving' problems, but rather about welcoming the emotions that emerge. Simple rules of confidentiality and respect are established to ensure everyone's safety.
4. Closing Ritual: The session ends with a word of gratitude or a symbolic gesture (e.g., a collective bow, a moment of silence) that honours the sharing that has taken place and prepares participants for their return to daily life.

BIOGRAPHY: Alfredo Rollo is a personal development specialist with over 15 years of experience in the fields of arts and psychology. He works in clinical settings and with groups, combining theatre, psychology, and meditation to generate emotional well-being, insights, and better stress management, as well as encouraging expression and preparation for diverse contexts, with improved oratory and body language skills. He also serves as a theatre teacher and psychoanalytic theory instructor.

Free parking - The Centro Cultural de Lagos and the Municipal Library of Lagos offer free parking in the Frente Ribeirinha park (Avenida dos Descobrimentos) for the audience of their shows/events. To receive this discount, users must present a stamp obtained at the ticket office of the Centro Cultural de Lagos or the entrance of the Municipal Library of Lagos. The offer applies only one hour before and up to one hour after each show/event.
