On the day marking the 50th anniversary of the joint Dispatch by the Ministers of Internal Administration and Housing, which transferred the SAAL process to the responsibility of the councils, the Museum proposes to explore the real effects of this measure on the houses under construction in various parts of the Algarve. What happened to the technical brigades? How did the municipal councils embrace this new responsibility? What impact did it have on residents' associations? How do we view this experience today?
