On 7 October, the Municipal Health Office of Vila Real de Santo António will promote the Mental Health Walk, an initiative as part of the activities for the second Mental Health Week.
The walk will start at 09:30 at the VRSA Sports Complex (entrance to the Municipal Stadium) and will finish at Avenida da República, near the Captaincy. The activity is open to the general public and will involve collaboration from the Sports and Youth Division of the Municipal Chamber, through the participation of the Senior + and + In Shape projects. The Mental Health Walk will also feature the presence of the Community Psychiatry Team from ULS, highlighting the importance of the initiative as a moment of awareness and promotion of mental health within the community.
