Mental Health Walk

The walk will start at 09:30 from the VRSA Sports Complex (entrance of the Municipal Stadium) and will finish at Avenida da República, near the Captaincy.
The activity is open to the general public, but will involve collaboration from the Sports and Youth Division of the Municipal Council, through the participation of the Senior + and + In Shape projects.
The Mental Health Walk will also feature the presence of the Community Psychiatry Team from ULS, highlighting the importance of the initiative as a moment for raising awareness and promoting mental health within the community.
