“My Emotions…” – Meeting with João Mota 09 October – Friday – 21:00 Adolescence is a beautiful yet critical period. It is a time of turmoil, marked by feelings of misunderstanding and changes that seem to place the world on the shoulders of those who were recently children. In this context, contact with emotions can be fundamental and impactful in the lives and healthy development of young people. This meeting aims to provide adolescents with a deeper understanding of the emotions they experience, such as anxiety, joy, and sadness. Topics such as the impact of social media and interpersonal relationships will be addressed. Participants will be invited to reflect in a welcoming environment with empathetic understanding about different emotions. The meeting will be interactive, with moments of reflection and active participation from adolescents in a safe and welcoming space for sharing. Lasting approximately 90 minutes.
