Ajudada: Olive Picking

Reviving the tradition of ajudadas, moments when family and friends gathered in a spirit of mutual help and cooperation to support the owner in a specific agricultural activity, we propose a day dedicated to olive picking for oil production and discovering traditional techniques for treating olives, such as crushing, slicing, and preserving.

An experience of sharing and contact with the knowledge and practices related to olive culture and the rural identity of the territory.
