Each initiative requires a minimum number of participants. If this is not reached, the activity may be canceled.

In this activity, we will seek to help our readers with the arts of sewing. Do you need to sew a button or reinforce a seam? Put a knee patch on your child's pants or make a hem? The Library is here to help! Reuse the clothes you have that can still be used. And if you have a portable sewing machine at home and want to help others, you can do that too. We look forward to seeing you!

Free parking - The Cultural Center of Lagos and the Municipal Library of Lagos offer free parking in the waterfront park (Avenida dos Descobrimentos) for the audience of their shows/events. To receive this discount, simply present at the park's reception a stamp obtained at the ticket office of the Cultural Center of Lagos or the entrance of the Municipal Library of Lagos. The offer applies only one hour before and up to one hour after each show/event.
