The Loulé International Jazz Festival celebrates its 30th edition this summer, consolidating half a century of history as the oldest jazz festival in the Algarve. Founded in 1995 by the Casa da Cultura de Loulé, with artistic direction by Mário Laginha, the festival returns on July 24, 25, and 26 to the Alcaidaria do Castelo, featuring six concerts that combine the most relevant voices of international jazz with the best of the new Portuguese generation.
