In this place where water abounds, medicinal plants such as Capuchinhas, Umbigos de Vénus, Mostarda brava, Tanchagens, Diabelhas, or Serralhas also abound.🍀♥️✨

In countries once traversed by our ancestors, to fetch water from the spring, we will feel their presence and activate our connection with the daughters of Nature: the Medicinal Plants.

✅ The tour starts at 11 AM and ends at 4 PM, with a break for lunch/picnic (one of the best moments of the day 🌞)

✅ The meeting point is at the entrance of the Fonte dos Amores Park, where the fountain of the famous Monchique water is located!

✅ Bring plenty of jugs to fill up with this wonderful water at the end!

✅ Bring comfortable shoes for walking (leave the heels at home 👠👡👢).

✅ Children can go and it's free (it's very important to instill this love for walking in Mother Nature from a young age).
