By using Algarve Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before creating an account or subscribing to the premium service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Algarve Atlas is a platform aggregating events, restaurants, hidden gems, and activities in the Algarve. We offer a free tier and a paid premium tier with additional features (Trip Planner, AI Chat, Smart Alerts, full map). We strive to keep data accurate but we don't guarantee third-party data correctness.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Premium Subscription
The Premium subscription costs 2.99 EUR/month or 24.99 EUR/year and includes a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled beforehand.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel anytime via the subscription portal. After cancellation you keep premium access until the end of the paid period. Under EU consumer law, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription, except where you've used paid premium features (AI generations).
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The design, brand, and code of Algarve Atlas are our property. Event and venue data are aggregated from public sources (municipalities, OpenStreetMap, Google Places) and belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute platform content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We're not liable for decisions made based on the information shown (wrong hours, canceled events, closed venues). Always verify details directly with the organizer or venue before traveling.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable legislation.
