Welcome to the Full Moon Drumming Meditation Monthly at Batata Beach, Lagos

Join Ahimsa Wellness and Randy Mountainclimer for the 2nd edition ! evening of rhythm, sound, and deep relaxation under the Full Moon at the beautiful Praia da Batata in Lagos.

Together we’ll use the healing vibrations of the drum, singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to help calm the nervous system, release what no longer serves us, and create space for clarity, renewal, and connection.

This complimentary community gathering is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and share the magic of the Full Moon with like-minded souls.

Please bring:

• A towel or blanket to lie on
• Warm clothing
• Water
• A pillow or anything else you need to feel comfortable while lying on the beach at night
