On 22 November, I’m welcoming a small group in Almancil for a One-Day Mushroom Retreat - a day to step away from everyday demands and reconnect with yourself.
Perhaps you’re moving through a change, feeling caught in familiar patterns, or simply curious to explore yourself more deeply. You’re welcome to come with questions, intentions, or without having everything figured out.
As a pharmacist and certified psychedelic coach, I offer personal guidance, with attention to your health, preparation and integration afterwards.
