Autumn Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat

As nature begins to slow down, autumn invites us to do the same. Join us for a day of nourishment, through yoga, cacao & gong healing.Join us for a deeply nourishing day designed to support your body, mind and energy through the transition into the cooler, quieter season.

We’ll begin with a nourishing yoga flow, awakening the body and creating space to breathe and reconnect. We’ll explore Ayurvedic principles for autumn, discovering simple ways to support digestion, energy and balance as the seasons change.

A lovingly prepared grounding vegan brunch will nourish you from within, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony and an embodied journey through tribal somatic movement.

As the day deepens, we’ll soften into Yin & Restorative Yoga, creating space for stillness, release and deep replenishment.

And finally, we’ll close with the beautiful vibrations of gong healing, allowing the body and mind to settle into deep relaxation and integration. ✨

With the New Moon approaching, this is also a beautiful moment to reflect on what you are ready to release and what you wish to create space for in the next chapter.
